Your students have been working hard on IXL language arts… and now, they can earn prizes for their practice! We’ve just introduced colorful, whimsical language arts awards to help students celebrate their achievements and motivate them to keep learning. Each grade level features a different type of prize for students to collect, from cute balloon animals in 2nd grade to funny (and pun-ny) stickers in 3rd grade to quirky nesting dolls in 5th grade.
Mastering skills isn’t the only way to earn awards! Students will be rewarded for all types of milestones, including days practiced, total questions answered, correct questions in a row, and more.
Students will unlock new challenges as they practice, and they’ll always know how close they are to winning their next prize—giving them an extra boost of motivation to keep learning new skills!
Plus, students can show off their hard-won prizes by using them as their avatar—simply drag and drop the award to their name in the upper right hand corner!
