And, we’re always adding new features and skills on IXL to align with students’ evolving needs.
Over the course of 2023 we added:
- More than 1,700 skills, bringing us up to 73,133 skills worldwide
- Over 800 skill plans across all editions, for a total of more than 4,900 skill plans
- Just over 1,000 new video tutorials, growing our library to 2,800 video tutorials

Educational Games >>IXL’s Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia editions now have more than 100 games to level up learning for preschool and primary school students! |
Math video tutorials in Canada >>Provide students in grades 2 through 11 with expert-led direct instruction. IXL now has more than 1,400 video tutorials, including over 50 videos from Canadian creators! |

Skill plans in the UK and Australia >>Take the work out of lesson planning with custom-built skill plans that perfectly align IXL skills to the concepts covered in your curriculum. The United Kingdom now has over 90 skill plans aligned to the national curriculum, A levels, GCSE, and SAT exams. This year we’ve added more than 100 skill plans aligned to Australia’s state and territory curriculum, textbooks, and the National Assessment Program. |
