Shift learning into high gear with the IXL student dashboard!
From the moment students sign into IXL, they’ll know exactly what to work on next, and can celebrate all of the progress they’ve made so far. With more insight into their learning journey and fun opportunities for personalization, the dashboard helps students get excited to learn!
See the student dashboard in action:
A homepage for students
The dashboard is the homepage for learners on IXL. From there, students can jump directly into working on skills, enter the Diagnostic arena, see their awards, and more! Plus, students can always return to their dashboard by clicking on the “My IXL” tab in the navigation bar.
Know what to work on next
From their personal dashboard, it’s easy for learners to see exactly what they should be working on next. Skills suggested by their teachers or parents are front and center, so they can quickly dive into their current assignments. Students can also see all of the skills they’ve recently worked on, and jump back in to continue learning. Plus, students can explore their Recommendations wall of personalized skills picked just for them.
Learners can also enter the Diagnostic arena or launch into their personalized study plans straight from their dashboard. And, if a student has any school-wide assessments to take, such as a Diagnostic Snapshot or universal screener, they’ll receive timely reminders on their dashboard as well.
Celebrate progress
The dashboard helps students visualize all that they’ve accomplished! They’ll see how many questions they’ve answered and skills they’ve learned each week, motivating them to excel even more. From their weekly stat summary, students can also easily open up their IXL Analytics reports to see more insights into their progress.
Get excited to learn
The dashboard helps students to get excited about learning and encourages them to celebrate their achievements. On the dashboard, learners will see their most recent awards and find out how they can unlock new ones.
Plus, learners can select between different dashboard themes to show off their unique personality and customize their IXL experience.
Finally, when students are part of an IXL Leaderboard contest, they can track their progress on their dashboard! They’ll see their current ranking, and what they need to do to reach the top of the competition.
